Shipping and Return Policy

Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.

We guarantee our customer’s complete satisfaction on all the products we offer. In the unlikely event a product fails to perform to our customer’s complete satisfaction, simply contact our Quality Control Department so that they can issue an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). A full credit will be issued after the return merchandise has been received. This guarantee is good up to 90 days after date of purchase. To return a product after 90 days from date of purchase but within a year’s date, a 15% restocking fee is required as well as an RMA# issued by our Quality Control Department. Product must be unopened and in the original packaging. Claims for damages due to shipping must be made at the time of delivery as carrier will not accept any liability.
